Noise From Rear Of Car

I have a 2006 Coupe Automatic with 4K miles. When I put the car in the garage [backing up or going foward with the wheels turned] I hear a clunking sound coming from the rear of the car. My guess is the limitd slip differential locking and releasing. Should I take it to the dealer? Thanks! Tom

Thanks! I did. They changed the oil in the diff. and put 4 oz. of an addative. It seems to be O.K. now. Thanks again. Tom

Tom,if it happens again,take it to the dealer again and have them change out the clutch packs. There is a TSB on it somewhere.

Yep.. they automaticly change the pack upon the second visit.
