Nose Bubble

Yikes , went out and took the cover off the 81 a few days ago and there's a quarter size bubble right above the nose emblem. What a bummer. Car was just redone a couple of years ago. Got a hold of my buddy that did the paint work. Luckley he said he would fix it in spring once we get some warm weather. Just about $%#!@ when i saw the bubble. Hopefully we have a early spring . Yikes! Sorry to hear it, Dave. Your Vettes are great looking... and I'm especially partial to that red '81.

I feel for ya.

I bought my 81 last year and it was painted before. A first it looked really good. After good cleaning I had many little bubbles everwhere.

No $26.00 paint job here. A buddy of my painted both the 74 vert and the 81. That's all he's done all his life . Does some real nice work. Not sure what happened to get the quarter size bubble, but he said he would fix her up (no charge ). He charges me a real fair price and tear's the car apart before he paints. Dave
