Ok..the bodies on ..all the weight is on the suspension. The only thing not on the car is front and rear bumpers and fuel and the hood.

And ...how much torque should I put on those Upper and Lower Bushing bolts... Seems to me that the torque spec in the AIM is a little high... Should I tighten them till the rubber starts to swell out?? Or go for the full turque spec in the AIM?

Now...can I tighten the A arm bushing bolts ..or do I have to wait till I get to the alignment shop at the last min before the alignment starts..???

Don't tighten them till your car is fully assembled and sitting on level ground. Then tighten to spec.

That spec if I am correct is 80Lbs on the lower and I can't remember here at work what the top arm bolts are but those sound like very high torque numbers.

With todays new rubber compounds should I be going that tight on the arm bolts. Can I break anything in their??

The lower control arm bushing bolts (7/16" Grade 8) are 80 ft-lbs., and the upper control arm bushing bolts (3/8" Grade 8) are 50 ft-lbs.; you won't break anything - they just capture the inner sleeve in the bushing at both ends. :)

Thanks John.........So..as per my post I can crank everything down now??

80 and 50 are max values - 65 and 40 are nominal, and will work fine.
