I have had the pleasure being able to sit and talk with Bill a few times. Great guy, full of life, who was able to fulfill his dream of racing at Indianapolis. In the it's a small world category, Lee Elkins the owner of this car is interred just a few yards from my grandparents up in Plymouth, Indiana.
