These pictures with the wooden rail are from the Latimore Valley Fairgrounds in York Springs PA. I think the track went dark in the 20s. 15-20 years ago the property was purchased and a museum was built. The (Eastern Museum of Motor Racing). It is opperated by the Williams Grove Old Timers.

They put on a fair every year along with other functions. The museum is mostly open wheel oriented, and is an excellent place to visit. Been there twice.
