what type of car is #41?

although it is probably a Charger, my first impression (from this angle) is that it was a Mustang

It's a Charger. Look at the contour of the 1/4 panel.

I don't doubt it's a Charger, but the tail-light panel seems 'recessed', similar to a '68/'69 Mustang, unlike the Charger immediately behind it:
made me do a double-take
