I was not looking for another Vette but I ran across a 91 that seems to be priced reasonable. Owner says it has a clean title, 111k miles, and a bunch of top end engine work, needs trans work but is drivable. The engine work scares me, but for a project for an engine swap what else should I look at look for so the project does not get any bigger? Also with questions like this what is the most one would pay?
