I am restoring a black coupe and Making a hot rod out of it. I pulled the grills off to find that one was a 1970 original with all 3 studs still on, and the chrome is in very nice shape as well. There is only 1 problem with this grill, behind the lamp lense there is a hole roughly .5 inch by 1.5-2 inches. This could easily be repaired with a little bit of time. I would rather this rare part go to someone who really needs it than on my car which is not number matching and getting full customized anyway. I would like cash but could be talked into accepting a trade for some C3 70-72 parts that would help my restore/custom work. I need both new repo grills and all bumpers. New black rugs, door panels, and seat covers.
Also I do have a brand new crate motor That came with this car still in the plastic that I want gone. I have a built motor of my own I'm going to replace it with. I'm pretty sure it is the summit Part# NAL-12568758 motor. With a simple cam swap it would be a great street motor. I want $1500 out of it, since its $1900 new and this one has never even been fired just installed in the car to haul it home. the $1500 is a firm price but once again I am looking for parts and willing to take in parts for partial payment.
