Have had my eye, and my heart set on a new set of Crager SS rims for some time. Am in need of tires at this time also. Was wondering what amount of $$$ my original 1981 rims would fetch should I decide to sell them, to help with the cost of the new rims. They are the stock Aluminum slotted rims with some pitting, no deep scratching & curb rash on one wheel for 1/8 its circumference
They have polished up very well with "Blue Magic" (thanks Platato) metal polish.

Have no idea what the original rims are worth, but do not want them just lying around the house if someone else could use them.

Also, can someone tell me what info I would need to order a new set of Cragers, i.e.- what "set-back", etc, etc, that would match the stock rims?

Thanks a million- Mike J.

Mike, list your wheels on Ebay. I paid $100 for one wheel in excellent condition.
Based on the condition of your wheels, you should be able to sell the set for
$200-275. Take good pictures and write a true description on the condition of
the wheels. If you have the center caps include them along with the lug nuts.

As far as the Cragar SS wheels, Summit Racing has the best price ($119.95
w/free fast shipping!) that I know of. If you are going to run a stock size
tire, I believe the wheel size is: 15*8. I can't recall the Bolt pattern or
backspacing. I'm sure the folks at Summit can look them up for you.
1-800-230-3030. Best of luck!
