outside temperature gauge

seem to be getting an incorrect reading on outside terperature by a few degrees. can the gauge be calibrated or does new unit have to be installed?

Hi there,
The system is NOT immediately accurate, especially when sitting.

While you are driving, the computer constantly monitors the signal and will buffer it so that the change is NOT immediate.

If you are only off by 3/5 degrees, I would not consider it a fault of the part, just the way it functions.
