I guess the schematics and pictures are a little hard to understand, so I'll try again here... (you DID say your fans are not coming on, right, post #1?).
Besides the fuses, there's no reason to do or look ANYWHERE else - gauges (once you saw 260), or weatherstripping, spare tire, proCharger, air freshener - ANYwhere - except at the fans. This test will take 3 minutes, if you take your time.
1) Disconnect the 2 connectors that go into the 2 relays in the side of the radiator housing. See the second picture that I posted.
Notice the colors of the wires in the 2 connectors - they match the color description of the wires in the schematic. This tells me that the forward connector is for the PRIMARY fan relay. Do you see this?
In the schematic, there's 2 wires in each opposite end of each fan relay - that could be confusing too - I understand, but the drawing is to simplify the circuits' drawings, NOT the actual connector.
2) Now you're going to jump the fan wires. Get some pliers, and a paper clip, and fold the paper clip in half. Use the pliers to touch the paper clip ends in the relay connector socket, of the
red and the
light blue wires. Just do it for a moment, to make the fan start spinning.
It will spark, and you don't have to hold the paper clip to the wires very long. Make sure to use pliers, because if you use your fingers, the glowing paperclip/light bulb filament will stick to your fingers like Napalm.

Do you understand what we're doing right here? Do you see this in the diagram? If no questions, let's break here, and do the test... (if you're wanting to know about the fans, that is)
