I’m lowered 1 “ (to the OEM stops) in the front, and ½ “ (removed 2 sections of the grommets) in the rear. I have Bilstein Sports. I drive it on the edge a lot and I really like the feel.
However it’s not a good ride for passengers since they are not driving (Or so I’ve been told). If I had a regular passenger I’d probably go with the Heavy Duties.

i noticed your from east bay, there was a guy from there named 'east bay ray' he was in the band Dead Kennedys:D i used to be into that stuff, and still am into some of it,my car is lowered about 3" in front and 31/2" in the rear, that picture does not do it justice.i think i will go with bilstein, i want a shock that is shorter(about 3") so when i put them on the car and let the car down off stands, the shock does not immediatly compress,if that makes any sense.(shock stroke):D thanks for replying.later,Todd.

3 1/2 inches?.....wow, I hope you have kevlar in the seat of your pants. :)
thats way down there.
Good luck

My car is lowered an inch or so and I've got the Bilstein Sports...love them! You won't regret your choice!

Bilsteins are an excellent choice. I recently put on some new GM Performance shocks to give them a try. I think Bilsteins are better in terms of performance, these GM Performance ones maybe ride a little smoother.
