Paint Codes....where is that list at??

Looking for the paint code for mahogany....is it 06 or O6? Thinking about painting my white with cinnabar interior to mahogany with cinnabar interior. White just does not appeal to me....I like a nice strong color.

1981 Mahogany Metallic paint code is Zero Six zero being a number 0

When I had RARE painted a few years ago they crossed referenced my Charcoal Metallic Code 84 to a Dupont Base Coat/Clear Coat equivalent (Chromium Acrylic Paint, I think..) and it turned out GREAT

I would think a 'good' body shop can cross reference the older number to get the current match for ya

Thanks for the info.

I too like the Mahogany Mettalic.....just trying to decide....but I have several months due to the rate I am at taking the white paint off.

The Mahogany is one of my favorites. A few years ago a guy up in the next town had one. It was an absolutely beautiful car. He posted on the CAC and stopped by to see me one time. I thought we had a nice visit. I invited him to one of our local CAC member lunches and He never posted again or came back. :confused
