I purchased recently a 1988 C4 coupe (red). The car has great paint except underneath the doors on both sides. The very edge of the body before the undercarriage begins has some chipped paint. You cannot see this unless you are several feet away from the car --up close you would never know. I want to correct this problem and am wondering if I should use touch up paint (though some of the spots are as large as a half dollar) or look for a molding of some sort to add. I'm not sure if one was there before or why the paint is chipping here. Would you share your thoughts? recommendations? Thanks!

The rocker panels remove easily, just some screws and 1 nut!!Take them off and clean them up and repaint them!! Probably even be able to find the exact color in a Rattle can!!:thumb:thumb:thumb
