Paint problem

I need advice on a paint problem. I purchased 1992 polo green met. in April 2004, 25,400 miles. Since owning corvette I have put 22 miles on the car. The car stays in garage. I have started to notice pin head size white color specs thru out entire car. The white specs. are smooth to the touch. I put a good coat of wax on the car when purchased . Any advice would be helpful. THANK YOU, FRANK

Very small rock chips will trap waxes and most waxes will dry white. Could be this is what you are seeing.

A similar problem when I bought my Black 92 last nov.

Strip the wax, use CLAYBAR, in small areas to smooth out the surface, & Wax.!
