Paint stripping???

I think I've figured out the problem with the wipers. All of the connections & arms seem to be in real good shape but, I've noticed now that while the motor is running, the main shaft coming from the motor wiggles from side to side a good 1/4". If I put my hand on the windshield where I'd like the wiper to stop, the wiper will hit my hand, stop & return the other direction. Without my hand there it flies accross the windshield way too far. Looks like it may be time for a new motor or rebuild. Do you know off hand if anyone sells a kit to rebuild the wiper motor?

I don't know of a kit, but you can usually pick up rebuilt units for $50 to $100 at your local auto parts stores.
