Painting 1963 Steel Wheels

Getting my 1963 steel wheels back from being blasted - plan on putting an epoxy grey primer coat on first - what is the "correct" black color for the wheel?

Gloss black, just not super glossy.. you might consider getting them powder-coated for durability.

The wheels were dip-primed black (semi-gloss), then the face was sprayed with gloss wheel enamel.
