parking brake assembly

Hi Group
I`ve searched with no luck for a parking brake assembly for a 92 coupe.Anybody know where to purchase one.In trying to release the hand brake I eventually pulled it back to far and I heard a snap and the hand brake went limp.The brake light is now on all the time but at least it disengaged so I can still drive that baby.

You may already done this, but you can access the p/b assembly by removing the driver's seat cushion & then taking the cover off of the p/b assembly. There is a switch that controls the parking brake light in the assembly, if memory serves me. Open it up, maybe it's something simple.

Once you get the seat cushion out you can run the seat back or forward to access the cover. It's been along time since I've looked at one.
