Parking brake noise

Hi, I just put together my rear parking brake and now when I spin the tires the rotor (wheel studs) are hitting one of the springs that hold the shoe down. When i shift everything around it will stop, but Im afraid that when I start to drive it the rotor is going to catch the spring and break it. How can this be fixed? Would a new spring fix it? I reused all the old parts since it was just rebuilt a few years ago.

Thanks
Mike

You're going to have to open it up again. Back of the studs should not be hitting anything. Check the setup to see what's out of alignment.
