Parking brake

Does any one know how to install the rubber dust boot over the steel ball on the end of the parking brake cable and then slide it down and over the spring?

I did it!

You soak the boots in hot water. then you insert a tool into boot and out the small hole to enlarge it. then lubricate cable end with silicon or some really slippery compound and force cable end into boot.
