Does anyone have a list of recommended parts that are required on the Callaway. Spark plugs, air filter, brake disk type etc. as well as what one needs to get from Callaway and what one can get from aftermarket dealers.

I also would like to know if anyone can direct me to a good source for either repairing my 6-speed gearbox (it is sticking trying to change into 3rd gear and the local shops can't seem to fix it), buying a good used one or even a new one.

Anyone have a source for discounted Brembo brake disks?

Sorry, I live 10,000 miles away from you all so have to plan ahead for my visits to the USA.

Welcome aboard Buchie

Welcome to the Callaway forum.I would talk with 89x2 he is very knowledgable about Callaways . Do you have Brembos on your car? I see on their web site they are not offering anything for the C4 Corvettes anymore. The air filter is a late model mustang filter . Spark plug recomendations are on the callaway web site

...Checking :)

Kevin, speaking of ZFDoc, do you have his "Beam Plates" installed on your B2K?? RKreigh is a distributor of them and I was considering them for the SNAT (at the least... ) :beer

No Chris I don't have them. I've never experienced any of the negative characteristics that they supposedly correct.

me either...is that cause they're only for ZF equipped cars?

Does spinning the tires at over 100mph count as getting "loose"? I've never thought of it as a problem. :D

Josh, don't know the answer to your question but I think they should work on any C4 with the torque beam which I believe they all have?

From what I understand, they help any C4 w/ sqaut flex under acceleration. This is caused when the bolt holes on the torque arm "oblong" and will "walk" around... Some do, some don't, cheap fix for those that do...
Ron Kreigh has more info on this and gives a deal on the parts as well... He has installed them on every ZR1 he's had.

Kevin, You must give me a ride in your car this Summer :D I guess I am right in line, behind my wife- who got "goosebumps" when you were in flamethrower mode ;) You have the MEANEST CALLAWAY I HAVE EVER set eyes on :beer
