Passenger Door Glass

My first post! I took the Vette out of storage today to take her to a recommended local body shop for an estimate to get her repainted (which went great; but is another story) when I was quickly reminded of that annoying window rattle when the window is half open. When the window is fully up...no rattle.......fully down no rattle. I replaced the felt pads inside the door panel last year to no avail. Rattled again before I got to end of my street. I am now thinking it has to be the hardware that is mounted to the bottom of the glass being loose. Anyone experience this or any suggestions before I remove the door panel again??

Mark, I had same problem with my glass. What I did was replace the plastic rollers and slides that hook on to the bottom of the glass. I have not had the rattle since. I ordered all of my parts through Mid America. I hope this helps you
