Passenger side window noise.

When I try to roll the passenger side window down, then back up it makes a "whining" noise almost like the gears are going. The speed of the window travel appears to be the same before I noticed the noise. Anybody know what it is before I tear apart the door?

Could just be one of the roller bearings in the regulator track needs grease. I bought a regulator off a vette salvage yard on ebay and it was filthy with a lot of old, hard grease. The bearings are so worn however that it rattles very badly.
