can someone please post a close-up pic of how far 11" wheels stick out in the rear.
i want to go 11", but i dont want the fender flares, and im afreid it may look odd.
i will most likely be running 315 tires.
thanks.

This is the best I can do on short notice. And, yes I need new tires, they are on order.:D :o

thanks. im suprised, i thought they would stick out more.
does anyone know if they would fit different on an 84?

The '84 - '87's can actually hold an 11in. rim with the ZR-1 offset without sticking out. The '88-'96 can use the 11in. with the Grand Sport offset without sticking out. I've read this in several magazines so it should work fine for you.

11'S?

Hey Vargod... what size tires are you running on those?

They don't seem as wide as the ones I have on my Camaro, or maybe it just appears that way.

315/35zr17. They are allot bigger than the 275s, and allot more $$. But they look cooooool.

I'm running ZR-1 11" wheels on the back of my 92 and they stick out some - enough that I decided that it looked better with the Grand Sport flares. That covers them pretty good.

You can see a photo of it at http://corvetteactioncenter.com/forums/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=750&papass=&sort=1&thecat=998

Not the best to show of the rear.

See what was said earlier. On the early C4's you can use the ZR-1 11" wheels without needing adapters, later C4's should use the Grand Sport wheel or ones with GS offset so they don't stick out too much. I wanted the satin finish of the stock ZR-1 wheels, so that's what I bought. Can't complain.
