Help! Pictures not showing up

I read all your postings daily and really enjoy them.
However, any photos you post only come up as icons of a torn picture.
Can anyone suggest what setting I need to look at?

Yes, on a Samsung S3.
I know it's an old phone but I don't have this issue on other tapatalk sites.
