Plate Cover

Here's a real easy one .....I have the clear plate cover over the front plate. How does it come off, pressure from the top and bottom or left and right ?

held on by two screws at the bottom - least wise that is how it was mounted on my 1999 coupe - never put it on the 2001 Z06

I have my front plate (OHIO) mounted underdeath. The front "CORVETTE" cover I equipped with velcro across the bottom. I put equal lengthof velcro across the state plate. If I get stopped I intend to explain that I normally have the plate displayed but forgot to take it off when I was at a car show
