Sold it today. Currently the car is out in my drive, but I have a deposit and a contract on it. I took my last drive on the way home from work today.

Tell me about it! I was contacted by a gentleman back in Dec. He said he was coming to look at the car and then didn't show. He called later and said he'd be in FL in Jan, and wanted to see the car if it was still available.
Well yesterday, he showed up and offered the money. I was left standing in shock. Good news...he owns two other Callaways. 87 and 88. Bad news...my car is going to be a driver. His other 88 has 140k miles on it. But hey its his car now.
To say he was impressed by the power is an understatement. He couldn't believe how much faster my car was than his other two....and he didn't even hammer it real hard.
He left me a cash deposit and will deliever a check later this week. I may store the car for a while til it can be shipped back up north or he may take it, he is unsure yet.
I wasn't in a good mood last night, even though it was the right financial move for me at the time.

Sorry to hear that and hope you got what you needed. I know how you feel but sometimes you have to do what you got to do. On the upside you will find something later when the time is right. Now you will probably get the job you are after or at least that is the way it would work for me.
