Would like assistance in identifying these two parts. 93 LT1, found the first loose, hoping it was causing the intermittent 'service engine soon'.

The second, just wondering.

Also would like the location of the EGR valve, codes say it has been stuck.

Thanks

photo #1 looks like your talking about the AIR line into the left side bank exhaust manifold, the black canister in the photo is the one-way check valve that prevents the exhaust gases from traveling upstream to the AIR system.
photo #2 looks like the temperature sensor that measures the intake air temperature.

Your EGR valve is located at the back side of the engine, right up next to the firewall, directly behind the intake plenum.

Many thanks.

Is the O2 sensor beneath the car somewhere in the exhuast line?

Going to take a look, see if I can find that EGR.

Yes, there are two O2 sensors, they are located just forward of the CATs on both left and right exhaust pipes. PITA to get at if they ever have to be changed, not much room for leverage in the cramped space, and usually frozen tight from the heat.

note: you mentioned you had the "stuck EGR valve "code, that is one of the things that can trip the service engine soon light. The EGR gets lots of hard baked carbon buildup around the valve seat, this causes the EGR to have leakage when it should be sealed. Also, if yuour AIR pipe fitting was loose, that can cause a light because more air is introduced into the exhaust stream, and the O2 sensor on that side would sense a higher O2 level than what the ECM thinks should be there.
And of course the O2 sensors can be getting carboned up, that could also give a false O2 level indication.

I agree with the two assesments

and advise given.
