I was just wondering about this mod here, I know it work's, at least for some of you.
Heck! I've tried it and it worked for me too!
I did put it back to normal, because I was'nt sure what the effect's of doing this would be, I had just gotten my car at that time and was scared to do some things that I was not sure of, and soon, as time passed, I forgot all about this "mod".
What are "really" the pros and cons?
Not what you've heard it does, but what you've really experienced from doing this.
I'm really trying to get the full picture on this.
Mahalo guy's out there on the "Mainland" America.

Are you sure this doesn't belong in the "Humor Mill" forum? :L

Sorry man, I couldn't help it. ;LOL

hey there,
under WOT the the regulator is at max pressure already, one of the solinoids takes care of what your trying to accomplish, this mod affects part throttle, you will run rich, foul plugs, ruin convertors(if you have them)so theres really nothing to gain.you may even lose power at cruising speeds from running rich, this is like the e.g.r. valve mod,the valve is closed at WOT but people remove it anyway,i did on my 89 because the codes kept coming back due to that ceramic temp sensor p.o.s,and i was having a chip burned for other things so i said delete that e.g.r.i just read this on another forum,"if you want more power, quit meesing with the little stuff",makes sense to me:upthumbs what happen to the throttle body idea?now that makes sense.later man.Todd.

I still plan on it.
I'll be having an adjustable one flying in soon for $40.00 made out of billet.

O.K, O.K! now that made me feel stupid for even asking this, I didnt realize that it was that silly of a question untill I read it my self.:D
I never planned on doing this mod, but was just wondering what other people would think of this mod......or what ever you'd like to call it.
I am putting on a adjustable one in a few week's or less.
