Polished Aluminum Wheels

Can I use chrome polish on poloished aluminum wheels?

I would check to make sure if the wheels are clear coated, as the abrasive and chemicals in the polish will damage the clear coat. I tend to like the way Wenol or Mother's works on aluminum. Never tried a chrome polish.

If they are clear coated, soap and water and a mild wax will work well.

The OEM polished wheels are clear coated. Chrome polish will scratch them. I just use car wash and then Zaino.
