Question: Power Steering Line

Hello all. I have a '93 Ruby Conv't. On the PS pump inlet pipe, there is a rubber hose secured by 2 radiator hose clamps, that connects the pipe to the pump inlet tube. I want to replace the rubber hose because it's a little wet around it and I notice a little fluid under the car. What's the best way to replace the hose? Can I just remove the inlet pipe from the reservoir and take the rubber hose off without having to remove the inlet tube from the pump?
