Ok...how do people insert these bushings. Ive taken them to shops, and finaly a machine shop that had a press, but they were afraid they were going to bend the control arms. Any suggestions, places, hints would be great.

PST Kit

RizzoRat,
Are you using their Polygrafite bushing kit or their OEM rubber kit? If you (I hope) are using the Polygrafite kit....take the grease they give you and smear it on the bushing...then push the bushing into the control arm shell.....then take the bolt sleeve and smack it in through the center opening of the bushing with a soft face mallet/hammer. If it's the rubber kit, I can't help ya'. I don't use rubber's. Pardon the pun.
:bang Sarge Hope this helps!

there is a special spacer you put in the arm when pressing in the stock type bushings to keep from bending the arms.

I used a vise, block of wood and a hammer. No problems.
