Price for this Corvette

I was wanting to know if a 1992 black rose metallic corvette coupe for $9,000 is a good price. The car has 70,000 miles on it. The paint job is excellent and the interior is in great shape except for a small place that looks a little faded on the driver seat.

To get this one i would sell my 1980 corvette. That brings up the second part of my question, do the 92 models keep their value as good as my 1980 will or will the 92 lose value over time.

$9000 is a reasonable price for a 92. Kelley Blue Book shows retail values over 10k and the NADA values range from 12 to 15K.

At 12/13 years old, the 92's aren't quite bottomed out yet but will soon.

I paid $16K for my 92 in nov 2003,blk/blk w/24,000 miles on it.

I saw a nice 91 with low miles yesterday for 6,000.......went and looked at it.......nice car....65 thousand on the clock......
