I think engine "free" means it will turn over. It doesn't sound like this car has been started in a long time.
Look for ones on Ebay on the west coast. Less change of rust and the easiest shipping point.
Patience, it took me a 8 months to find the deal of the century. With Ebay I find you should check in around 5-6 pm daily. look for new listings. the good ones don't last more then a few minutes to an hour. they are usually bought and removed from ebay.
