Prob with climate control display

C4C5...It's been awhile, I know, but I have a prob. with the display on my climate control. It doesn't show up. I have no idea why. I thought the cold might have had something to do with it, but it's been pretty warm in Maryland this last week and the little monitor/display is completely black. Everything else seems to be fine. Please advise.

HI there,
I think you may have a terminal that has either come unsoldered or there is a short in the unit itself.
Either way, you will most likely have to replace the unit.
They are not cheap, about $350 and it takes about an hour to change.
I forgot if you have an exteneded warranty, which may cover it.
