I handed over a suitcase full of hundreds to the parts guy today.

The ZZ-502 (#12371171) is on its way.

Seven days and counting..........tick, tick, tick.

Is this hobby fun, or what? :D

67 heaven. I have been following your progress on your web site for some time now. Your doing a great job on your 67. I like the flares you used also. Are you going to leave that nice new 502 stock or are you going to change anything, intake, cam or whatever. cant wait to see how that turns out. Keep the updates coming.

'Heaven,

Good to see the post, I have been wondering for awhile with what you were going to go with for power after your last motor post.

The funny thing is I was talking to Midyear on the phone about an hour ago and he was saying that he hadn't seen an update lately.

Glad to see the progress, how goes the glass?

I gently set it aside waiting on the new weatherstrip. It's just as well I couldn't get my hands on another weatherstrip right away as I would have used a hammer to install the windshield if anything else had gone wrong. :D

which 502; are you going with the ram jet, to keep it as modern as the rest of the project?

The ZZ-502 with Holley 850 was the only way to fit things under even the stinger big block hood. The RamJet is too tall and I didn't want to mess with the hood.

I think Street and Performance http://www.hotrodlane.cc/ has a setup that would clear, but then you would have to run another fuel line and add an in tank pump. Just stay on course and get it on the road

WOW! Three days from south of the border! Way faster than the 7 days they predicted.

The parts guy called a few minutes ago to say, "The engine is here. We'll deliver it to your garage on Monday afternoon."
