Question regarding Yellow C5's

I am selling my 91vert with the intentions of buying a yellow C5 vert. Can anyone tell me what years the yellow C5's hit the scene and are there different color yellows produced during the C5 gen.?

Millenium yellow, new in 2000.

The color was Millenium Yellow for the C5's.
That is still the name of the color for the C6's as well.
