I am trying to decide what I should do about a radio.
Currently I have an aftermarket Pioneer with cassette and I’m considering replacing it with an original.
If I go original I was looking at adding a FM adapter so I can plug in a Satellite receiver, CD player or MP3 player.
The FM adapter I found works like the old Mr. Microphone…turn to 87.## MHz and enjoy.

Arkon Wireless Audio Adapter Model: SF100

Any thoughts?
Has anybody found a better solution for using an original radio?

Thanks

I went ahead and took out the stock radio in my '77. I cut the bezel to mount a standard din radio in it. It looks good but it does take away from the 'original' look. I guess if I ever decide to go back to the stock radio I'll just have to get new bezel. I guess when it comes to radios everyones got about 4 options. Leave what you have alone, do what I did, get a replacment that fits the same as the stock, or you could just mount a newer CD player somewhere else. Behind the seats, perhaps? There have been a lot of cool pictures of what some people have done in the Mod Forum.
