In over 2 years, this is my 95's the first real "age" problem.

I was driving in the rain recently (yes, it happens) with, of course, the headlights on. I signaled a left turn, and the turn indicator on the dash stayed on solid but lower intensity. If I turned off the lights, the turn signal started working again.

When dry, all works OK. The bulbs are OK. The fuses are OK.

Anybody have an idea where to start or a procedure to try to diagnose where the short is? I am not even sure if it is front or rear.

Thanks, Bob

My bet would be a dirty / loose ground. I would look for a black wire bolted to the chassis near the headlight, remove it clean the connector & chassis and re-install. you should be good to go!:D

Good try, but not it. The ground is nice and tight and clean.

Thanks, Bob

What happens when you turn selector for rt-hand turn?

I didn't do an exhaustive analysis while driving in the rain!!! But I believe that the RT worked OK - it was just the left.

Thanks, Bob
