That video was taken on the Grand Central Pkwy heading west in Queens, NY. Towards the end of the video where the road is filled with potholes, on the left side is Creedmore Mental Hospital. A place where these 2 reckless drivers need to be going that fast on that road. :duh

I've been on a few 'spirited' runs, but would not drive thru traffic like that.
