I just visited ZR1-Net site and read a post about how '94 LT5 ECM codes can actually be read by shorting pin 5 to pin 6 on a 16-pin connector. Has anyone tried this.
The reason I ask is that I have a '95 LT1 with a 16-pin connector (some had the 12-pin setup), but I doubt it had the OBDII system yet, just like the guy's '94 LT5 in the ZR1-Net site. Does anyone have experience enough to know if this 5-6 will work for me?
