I did mine and the only tough part was gettin the bearing out of the carrier on the arm. Pressing that one bearing off was not too hard . I have the shims and the bearing set up tool and a dial indicator if someone wants to borrow them. AS far as the inner bearing, I think it was Mid America used to offer a bearing that had a zerk in the case so you could grease it on the car.
