I ordered a 1966-67 rear exhaust panel (no sidepipes) from a supplier in the USA. They sent me a panel for a 1964-65. I have spoken with them re an exchange but this cross-border shipping and brokerage fees can get expensive. I was thinking of keeping the one I have but I really do not know if it will fit. What are the differences between the two units? I'm thinking bezel fit but that is just a guess.

They're identical except for the attachment of the bezels. The '65 bezel was a stainless steel stamped part attached with three radial screws into U-nuts on a tubular flange bonded to the back of the panel, and the '67 bezel was a chrome-plated die-casting, with three tapered studs that went through holes in the panel into a different tubular flange bonded to the back of the panel with speed nuts on the back side.

Thanks John. The company is making me up a new rear panel. I have spoke to UPS about the cross-border charges and things can be worked out. This is part of my new paint job and I want things perfect. The bezels and speed-nuts are new from Paragon. I am going for close to 100% driver if not NCRS (327 engine is NOM).
