Greetings everyone,

I'm in the middle of my winter project, which (as usual) has grown from the original intent of getting my Trailing Arms rebuilt. I have read numerous posts on the subject of Rear Fiberglass Springs and have to say it seems to be a 50/50 split on what is preferred.

I have decided to go with one, but wanted to see if I could get some feedback before ordering. I have narrowed the selection down between VB&P's 300# spring and Fastvetteparts TRW 315#. Any of you have experience (good or bad) with either of these ? Also, VB&P has a KYB GR-2 shock designed for the fiberglass spring..... has anyone installed these on their car ?

My car is a 64 with small block engine and I am looking for a comfortable ride for cruising around.

I have a 300# VPB on eBay right now item number 2457664015. It was used one year, 700 miles +/- and includes the end links and center mounting bolts. Its currently at $152 and ends in 20 hours. It will probably sell for less than $175. Great buy I think. I liked the spring alot but went to a stiffer one for performance. Its up to you but thats half price.
