Question: Rear hatch electric pull down

Has anyone exerienced a problem with the rear hatch pull down on a 2009 not working properly at all times? Thanks.

I have not had any problems with mine. What kind of issues are you having?

I know with my 2006 you have to get it just right for the pull down to work. If you don't close it hard enough it doesn't catch and if you close it too hard it isn't needed at all.
