Rear Licence Plate Louvers

I bought the rear licence plate louvers for the rear of my '84 vette....but dosen't seem to line up......what could be wrong????
Purchased from Mid America...
Someone give me a hand...

I have the louver frame for my plate. To begin with, the screws that accompanied the piece were worthless and had the heads stripped off in no time at all. Secondly, the holes don't, or at least in my case they didn't, match up with the plate holes and I had to drill new holes through the license plate and rear bumper cover to attach the frame.

I thought you could see it here a little clearer, but...

i'd like to get a set or the black outs do you know where to get them?

I have the louvers on my car, the louvers attach to the factory
plate frame. you must drill holes from louver to plastic frame
attach with screws,then use your old plate frame to put the tag back. everything should fit perfect afterwards.
