Rear Side marker Bulb Replacement

What's the easiest way to reach the bulb? Any tricks??
I can see it from under the 1/4 panel but there is little room to reach through without removing the muffler.
Am I missing something?

I think you can pull out rear tail light and go in thorugh there.
