when i bought my vette it had yellow fog lights for the bright lights....one is toast and i cant seem to find a replacement....when i was a kid it seemed that all the cool cars had them , yet not to be found....they are yellow glass, not tinted.thanks for the time :bu

These wouldn't happen to be E-code lights, would they? As I understand it, the yellow is more common in European applications, but it has many benefits over stock lights. I hear the light pattern is a lot better creating less glare and back dazzle. In any case, I will try to dig up the wbesite for Daniel Stern Lighting. I have found Dan to be most helpful in the area of lighting on these cars. If I don't find it, try a search for Daniel Stern Lighting. Hope this helps!

all i know is they replace the regular bright lights in the housing...i may just go back to white....what are e-code lights?

The yellows are a French thing. Just go back to the stock lights, much better.

e-code would be European Code. Guess the French yellows would be considered an f-code thing.

I have a website (Daniel Stern Lighting), but I can't seem to find the email I had that has the address and info. Try doing a search for it, and I will keep looking. The info he gave me seemed genuine, but I haven't gotten around to ordering yet.
