Hi All,
I'm having an occasional problem with the remote unlock on the fob. I searched the old threads and none were quite like this. The fob generally works fine. The doors lock, unlock, hatch unlocks and seats auto adjust. The issue I have periodically is that when I press the remote unlock it doesn't always unlock the doors. Sometimes I'll need to press it about a half dozen times before it works. It doesn't matter how far I am. I've put new batteries in both fobs - both do the same thing so it may be the receiver - with no other problems but I still have that same issue. It doesn't appear to need to be reprogrammed as most of the time it works fine. The tire pressure readings also work fine so if that an indication of the receiver working properly then I'm not sure what this might be. Anyone else come across this problem?
Thanks, Tony C.

Do the doors lock and unlock using the button on the enside of the door? If not then you have a relay problem. I had the problem that the doors would unlock but not lock and had to change out the relay which was not an easy project.

Interesting thought. I do mostly lock the doors using the button on the driver's door. I'll have to try locking them with the fob for a while to see if it behaves differently. By the way, where is the relay located?
Thanks! Tony C.
