Removing black scuff marks on tan vinyl

I have black scuff marks on my tan vinyl door sill, what's the easiest way to remove it ?. Vinyl cleaners, simple green, even windex doesn't work.

A product called "Oops" works very well, and...

you can use products made for removing scuff marks from shoes, like "Kiwi Scuff Zapper."

I have found both of these to work well for removing scuff marks without any fear of damage.
